Inspired by the communal spirit of sharing, Salvia Restaurant invites you to experience a warm and friendly environment where every dish is prepared with love and care. Our commitment to quality is reflected in every bite, with ingredients sourced from local producers and our very own Aristi farm.
The essence of farm-to-table dining at Aristi Mountain Resort & Villas' is one of its greatest charms. 

We combine raw materials sourced from the villages of Epirus, such as cheese and meat, with homemade pasta, organic vegetables from our greenhouse situated in the Aristi farm, and locally produced olive oil, among other authentic local products. The ingredients are harmoniously blended together with culinary wisdom to craft recipes that celebrate the rich flavors of the region.
